Finance

Enter money the day it arrives — the split is done for you.
Debt Clearing mode splits every payment like this:

🏦 Where your money actually is

It is all one pool of money — the system does the splitting. These accounts are just the places it physically sits. An account being "personal" doesn't make the money in it your salary; your salary is the percentage the system allocates. Update these balances during the Friday review.

🔴 What you owe — clear this first

Record a payment

Leave “Add to that balance” ticked normally — the app updates the account for you. Untick it only if you already typed the new balance in above, so the money isn't counted twice.

Record an expense

Growth Fund spends need an unlock-ladder trigger. Safety Net spends need an actual emergency.

💰 Money owed to you — clients who need to pay during the 90 days

For work you already finished (before or during the 90 days). No lead, no pipeline — just who owes you, how much, and when. When they pay, hit Received ✓ and it becomes a payment and gets split automatically.

90-Day Execution Plan

13 weeks. Each box is a deliverable, not a wish. Current week is highlighted.

SOP Library

Write each SOP the first time you do the task — then never re-decide. Check off when the SOP is written and in use.

Workflows

Every recurring situation has one flow. Follow the boxes — no decisions to re-make, no steps to remember.

Objection Assistant

Type what the lead said (or pick below). You get: what it really means, the exact reply, and the follow-up question that moves the deal forward.

Sales Room — close on the call

The one-call close framework. Goal of every discovery call: leave with a deposit paid, or a concrete next step booked before hanging up — never "I'll send you something."

Pre-call checklist (15 min before)

The rules

Talk 30% / listen 70%. The prospect closes themselves when they say the problem out loud.
Silence after the price. Say the number, then say nothing. Whoever speaks first after the price concedes ground.
Scope moves, price doesn't. Budget objection → remove deliverables, never discount the same scope.
Deposit link ready before the call. "Can you pay today?" only works if paying takes 60 seconds.
Never end without a booked next step — a paid deposit, a decision call on the calendar, or a dated proposal review. "I'll think about it" is not a next step.
Honest scarcity only. You genuinely take 2–3 projects a month solo — say so. Fake urgency burns trust; real capacity limits close deals.

❖ The Guide — read this once, then live in the Dashboard

This page explains the entire operating system: the philosophy, the money mechanics, the sales math, and exactly how to use every tab of this app, every day. 20 minutes of reading. Everything else in the app assumes you know what's written here.

Operating Manual — quick reference

The rules that don't move. Full detail in the markdown manual files.
Money rules: 50% deposit before work (100% under $500). Balance before handover. Retainers billed 1st, pause on the 8th. Every payment splits same day. Price in USD, Payoneer primary, USDT backup.
The heartbeat: outreach happens before client work, every day. Client work pays this month; outreach pays next month.

19:00–19:20Scorecard + tomorrow's top 3, shutdown

Funnel math

Instagram DM reply 5–8% (warmed) → ½ become real conversations → ~40% book a call. Call → client: 20–25% (30% by M3). 25 DMs/day ≈ 2–3 calls/week ≈ 1 client every 1–2 weeks. Cap: 35 DMs/day.

Late payment sequence

Day 1 friendly nudge → Day 3 call → Day 5 pause notice → Day 10 pause + handover withheld.

Scope creep

"While you're at it…" → change-order script, mini-proposal, new price. Scope moves, price doesn't; never discount the same scope.

Pricing rule

Close rate above 40% = prices too low → raise 15–20% at the monthly review.
